Workplaces Are Miserable

There are so many work places today that do not care about their workers in more ways than one. Whether they totally ignore them, do not give any raises, or say that their health care is going up, or have them work in unsafe conditions, it doesn't matter. I had a co-worker killed in a factory because of faulty equipment. You might as well be paying for your health care anyway because it is just as high working for a company that supplies what they want to.
It is kind of like working a MLM. All the ones on top keep getting richer while the ones doing the work keep getting poorer. Minimum wage is going to catch up to those that have been in factory job for five years or less.
