Hamas, Give Me A Break!
This came from Vision for Israel.

What Hamas is really mad about is that they are unable to pay the wages of their police and other government officials without US funding.
Since 1993, Palestinians have received more than $1.7 billion in U.S. economic assistance via USAID projects. U.S. organizations, like ANERA, United Palestinian Appeal, AMIDEAST, Kinder USA, the Near East Foundation, Holy Land Christian Ecumenical Foundation, Mercy Corps, and others have worked to repair the infrastructure Israel has crushed over the years. United States economic assistance for the Palestinians has averaged about $85 million per year since Israel and the PLO signed the 1993 Declaration of Principles. Congress wants to ensure that U.S. assistance is used for legitimate humanitarian projects and that no U.S. aid is diverted for military or terrorist use against Israel. United States Aid to the Palestinians provides a description of the aid program and tables with annual amounts for the Palestinians. The report will be updated as necessary. See also CRS Issue Brief IB92052, Palestinians and Middle East Peace: Issues for the United States, updated periodically.
The Palestinian government needs about $1.8 billion in aid each year and officials in the interim government say it is heading for a financial crisis.
I do not understand how Palestine needs 1.8 billion a year in aid and expects to get it when they are led by terrorists.
This just shows how simply insane their government is.
The US gives aid to everybody and it seems that most of them hate the US. So why not stop the aid for a while. I think that they take it for granted and think that the US is weak and wouldn't dare stop the aid. But if they are terrorist the US should not be given any of our tax dollars to them that want to harm us. This is simply common sense. Which is in low supply these days.
